REFUND / SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitutions can be made at any time through the link provided in your confirmation email.
Refunds are not provided as there is a virtual option available with recorded content.
Should event be moved to another date and/or venue, attendees who are not able to participate will be able to access recordings or can send a substitute in their place.
Should event be moved to 100% virtual format, this would not be a cancellation of the event. All existing registrations would be reduced to the earlier tier rate with the difference between your current rate less the earlier tier rate refunded.
